Everyone we spoke to was very helpful, from helping us choose our spa, to plaving our order, and delivery and installation. Claudia kept us posted on when the hot tub would be delivered. The men who delivered and installed it were very careful of our landscaping, did a great job, cleaned up when they were finished, and showed us how to care for our new hot tub.
