We have had a superb experience with Valley Hot Springs Spa. We had done some research on spas before we went in the store so we had an idea of what we wanted. “Hot Tub Bob” was an excellent source of information! He informed us of many things we hadn’t previously considered.  The store itself is clean and organized. We had fun walking around and looking at all the beautiful hot tubs. We left the store without feeling pressured and knowing we had the necessary information to go home and make a decision. After a week of searching online and making some calls we knew that Valley Hot Springs Spa was dealing very fairly with us and offering a quality product. After purchasing our spa it was delivered in the promised time frame. The delivery crew were kind and professional. The next day we had Valley Hot Springs’ technician, Lorenzo, come out to install our salt water system. He was very professional, friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. He walked us though how to use our new spa and maintain it.  I have made multiple calls to Valley Hot Springs Spa since our purchase to make sure I’m using our chemicals correctly (since we have been using it a ridiculous amount!). I have spoken with Candace, Jason, Bob, and Lorenzo. Each one was very supportive and kind. They made me feel as if my questions were valid and important. When our warranty was just about up they called us and scheduled a service call just to tune up our spa before the warranty was up. Very friendly service at Valley Hot Springs. They are Eager to supply the parts I need for my 1992 “soveriegn” spa in a very timely manner. Yes nearly 20 years of reliable service from this wondwerful hot springs spa. Only replaced a couple of parts and the cover twice in all that time and it still works great.
